Request for Proposals – Economic Development Series
Fife Lake Township is soliciting proposals from qualified consultants to provide economic
development and funding assistance services related to a real estate redevelopment project
within our township.
Scope includes funding identification, grant writing, application support, and post-award
assistance. Questions should be directed to the Supervisor.
Proposals must include qualifications, experience, approach, timeline, fee structure, and
references. Proposals are due no later than 6:00pm on Wednesday, January 21 2026.
The Township reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.

Request for Proposals – Joint Zoning Ordinance
Fife Lake Township, in coordination with Fife Lake Village, is requesting proposals for
preparation of the first joint zoning ordinance on behalf of our Fife Lake Area Planning
Commission to be based on a newly adopted Joint Master Plan.
Scope includes ordinance drafting, public engagement, statutory compliance, and adoption
support. Please provide a price, timeline and scope of work for this proposed work.
Consultants must demonstrate Michigan zoning ordinance experience. The Township
reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. Proposals are due no later than 6:00pm
on Wednesday, January 21, 2026. Questions can be directed to the Supervisor.
